Chef Derek Miller brings the vibrant flavors of Cajun and Creole cuisine to the forefront of his culinary creations. Inspired by the rich food culture of his upbringing, Derek got his start at the renowned Royal N'Orleans in Cape Girardeau, where he began honing his craft. He later joined the team at Cape Girardeau’s former Isle Casino, leading food operations with a focus on innovation and excellence. Now, with over a decade of experience, Derek’s passion for bold, Southern-inspired flavors shines in every dish he creates at DC’s Catering Co.

Chef Cory Streiler combines classical French training with a love for Texas BBQ to create unique and memorable dishes. He got his start at 12 West in Farmington, MO, where he began developing his culinary expertise. Cory later joined the kitchens of Cape Girardeau’s former Isle Casino, where he honed his skills leading food operations alongside Chef Derek Miller. With a focus on precision and creativity, Cory’s culinary expertise and dedication to flavor have helped shape the vision of DC’s Catering Co., delivering unforgettable dining experiences for every occasion.
